Rules
The Vista Oaks MUD has established several rules to control authorized access to district water and wastewater resources. Rule No. 1 prohibiting the unauthorized use of water, and Rule No. 2 prohibiting the unauthorized drilling and installation of utility pipes, are both available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
The District's Amended Order Adopting Rules and Regulations Governing Sewer House Lines and Sewer Connections is also available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
Drought Contingency Plan
The District's complete Drought Contingency Plan as revised on April 8, 2019 is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
The Drought Contingency Plan provides details on important District policies, penalties, conditions, agreements and other information regarding water restrictions and conservation.
Service Application
Vista Oaks MUD's Service Application and Customer Service Agreement is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
These documents must be completed in order to apply for utility service.
Order Levying Taxes
Vista Oaks MUD's Order Levying Taxes as adopted on September 9, 2019 is available in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
This is the vote on the property tax for the current year. It sets the rate and authorizes the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector to collect the tax on behalf of the district.
